CSI Awards Recognize 46 Boat and Engine Builders

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) recognized 46 boat and engine manufacturers this month with its 2015 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Presented during the 2016 Miami International Boat Show, the CSI Awards honor manufacturers who achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year. The rankings are based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between April 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015. For this reporting period, the program surveyed nearly 67,000 customers.
