Top 100 Boat Dealers Recognized In Orlando

The 11th annual list of North America’s Top 100 boat dealers compiled by Boating Industry magazine was released last week at a gala dinner to wrap up  the Marine Dealer Conference and Expo, in Orlando, Florida.

“As the Top 100 enters its second decade, the dealers on this year’s list are healthier than they have been in years,” said Boating Industry editor-in-chief Jonathan Sweet. “The 2015 Top 100 and Hall of Fame topped $2.5 billion in total sales, the highest total for the Top 100 since 2008.”

Gordy’s Lakefront Marine of Fontana, Wisconsin, was named Dealer of the Year for the second consecutive year.

“After achieving Dealer of the Year honors the first time, Gordy’s followed that up with a record year for sales and profits in 2014,” said Sweet. “The dealership continues to grow and create opportunities for its team members, recognizing that they are the people who truly make any company excel.”

Eight other dealerships were recognized with special Best in Class awards, including:
