A versatile family fishing machine
Skeeter Boats has unveiled a new model in its popular Solera Series with the all-new Solera 205, a versatile fish-and-play boat that combines the performance of Skeeter’s fishing boats with features that allow families to fish, play and cruise.
Standard features include a Minn Kota Terrova 112-pound thrust electric motor with a sliding bracket, Minn Kota’s 10×4 Precision onboard charger, Humminbird Helix 7 graph, ski tow pylon, stand-up top, bow cushion package, Infinity Bluetooth-capable stereo with four speakers and Skeeter’s React Keel design, which tracks the hull in a straighter line in windy conditions. Standard power for the Solera 205 is a Yamaha VF250XA four-stroke outboard.
“The Solera 205 is the big sister to the Solera 189. It offers the same fishing performance and family comfort, but in a larger, big water friendly boat,” said Jeff Wooldridge, Skeeter’s national sales manager. “With the Solera 205, you can head out for a morning of serious fishing and then pick up the family for an afternoon of water sports.”
