Bass boat manufacturer Ranger Boats has introduced a pair of new Comanche models to its bass boat lineup.

The new-for-2018  Z520L and Z521L Comanche models retain Ranger’s legendary hull design but add significant interior refinements, including LED lighting and redesigned consoles capable of accommodating flush-mount displays of up to 16 inches. Both boats are offered in single or dual console configurations and come standard with Lowrance HDS electronics as standard equipment at the console and bow, as well as a Minn Kota Fortrex bow-mount electric motor. The new models also get redesigned digital switching keypads and keyless ignition.

Additional new creature comforts in the Z520L and Z521L Comanche include wrap-around SRS cockpit seating finished in premium marine upholstery. Combined with molded-in footrests, the new seats are designed to provide all-day comfort to anglers fishing in rough waters. “The new wrap-around seats are going to be a big hit with both tournament anglers and weekend fisher men alike,” said Ranger design engineer David Stoner. “With a wider seat and SRS suspension, the L Series gives a superior and more comfortable ride. Combine this wider space with the adjustable front-to-back seat track, both the cockpit and passenger seats will fit anglers of just about any size.”

The Z520L Comanche measures 20 feet, 9 inches in length with a 95-inch beam. The Z521L Comanche measures 21 feet, 7 inches, with a 97-inch beam. Both are rated for a single outboard of up to 250 horsepower.
