The Scout Boats 380 LXF offshore fishing boat was unveiled by the Summerville, South Carolina-based manufacturer at the 2017 Miami International Boat Show, held this week at the Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin.

The Scout Boats 380 LXF is the seventh model in this category to date, joining the 255, 275, 300, 320, 350 and 420 LXF models. Standard features include two Garmin 7616 touch screens at the helm, a full transom walk-thru platform with Armstrong dive ladder, an inward port side boarding door, gas shock-assisted hatches, flush mount cleats and rod holders, port and starboard floor fish boxes with overboard diaphragm discharge, a patented powder coated hardtop with curved glass enclosure, under hardtop/under gunnel LED lighting, and a synthetic teak swim platform, transom door, aft-facing seat step and helm footrest. Options include a Seakeeper gyro stabilizer, electronically-actuated SureShade integrated retractable aft awning, and Scout’s optional patented electronically-actuated articulating rocket launchers.

“We want the customer to feel that ‘wow factor’ when they look at our models, when they touch something on the model, when they captain the model, and everything in between,” said Scout CEO/Owner Steve Potts. “Much like the 420 LXF, as well as the other models in our series, this is like no other boat in its class.”
