Otsego, Minnesota-based Crestliner Boats has announced the company will celebrates its 70th anniversary with new models, new dealerships, and a new marketing partnership.
The aluminum boat manufacturer announced several new models for its 2016 model year, including a new Discovery series featuring 1450 and 1650 models, each available in either side console or tiller configurations, while the new 2000 Bay and the TC19 models are said to offer expanded onboard space and superior performance.
In addition, Crestliner has completely redesigned its Raptor and Storm series with improved amenities and fishing features. Other enhancements in honor of the 70th anniversary include all-new graphics for every boat model family, giving the 2016 product a refreshing new look.
“Seventy years is a huge accomplishment,” said Crestliner president, Cecil Cohn. “We feel immense pride about Crestliner’s legacy, how we’ve grown over the years and where we are headed in the future. Our customers, our dealers and our employees all deserve congratulations and thanks for the ongoing success of this great brand.”
The 70th anniversary launch party held at the company’s recent dealer meeting also celebrated Crestliner’s growing dealer network, with 66 new dealers having joined the network in the past four years.
“The success of our dealers truly represents the success of Crestliner,” Cohn said. “We wouldn’t be where we are without the commitment, knowledge and incredible customer service of our dealer network, as they interact with and care for our customers every day.”
Cohn further noted that Crestliner will expand its TV presence beginning with the 2016 season, through a partnership with Jason Mitchell Outdoors. Jason Mitchell, host of the popular fishing and hunting television show for nine years, reaches an estimated 12 million households each week with his show, which airs all 52 weeks of the year on Fox Sports.
